Karate Kids for 5-7 year olds Mondays at 4.45pm.

Confidence, Fitness and Fun for the 5-7 year age group!

Children of this age learn by playing structured games which are the building blocks of the Karate Kids programme.

Confidence building sessions are included in order to fully prepare the kids to make the transition into the junior programme later on.

Our highly structured classes concentrate on Discipline, self defence, confidence and self esteem. All taught in a fun and dynamic way.
